TRANSFER OF SHARES HAVING UNCLAIMED DIVIDEND TO INVESTOR EDUCATION AND PROTECTION FUND (IEPF)

The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on April 27, 2022, have recommended a final dividend of INR 11 (Eleven) per Equity Share of INR 10 each for Financial Year 2021-22. This Final Dividend is subject to the approval of Membersattheensuing32ndAnnualGeneralMeetingtobeheldonJuly19,2022. The dividend, if approved will be paid to the Members on or before Thursday, August18,2022. Pursuant to Finance Act 2020, dividend income is taxable in the hands of shareholders and the Company is required to deduct tax at source from the dividend paid to shareholders at the prescribed rates.
