In terms of Regulation 30 and any other applicable regulations, if any of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the 30[th] Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Company will be held on Friday, July 24, 2020 . The Notice convening the 30[th] AGM will be sent to the Stock Exchanges in due course.

The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, July 18, 2020 to Friday, July 24, 2020 (both days inclusive), for the purpose of 30[th] Annual General Meeting.

Further, in terms of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, the cut-off date to record the entitlement of Members to cast their votes for the businesses to be transacted at the ensuing 30[th] AGM of the Company is fixed as Friday, July 17, 2020 .
