CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Reference is made to the announcement of APAC Resources Limited (the ‘‘Company’’) with the heading ‘‘Appointment of Director and Resignation of Alternate Director’’ dated 18 May 2016 (the ‘‘Announcement’’). Unless otherwise specified, capitalized terms used herein shall bear the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.

The board of the Company wishes to clarify that there was a typographical error appearing in the term of years of the Letter of Appointment. The reference to five years should read three years.

Save as stated above, all other information in the Announcement remains unchanged.
