RESIGNATION OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY AND AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE

The board of directors (the ‘‘Board’’) of APAC Resources Limited (the ‘‘Company’’) announces that Mr. Wong Wai Keung, Frederick (‘‘Mr. Wong’’) has resigned as the chief financial officer, the company secretary and the authorised representative of the Company with effect from 1 July 2016. After his resignation, Mr. Wong will serve the Company and its subsidiaries as a consultant with effect from 1 August 2016. Mr. Wong has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and that there are no matters in relation to his resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

The Board is pleased to announce that Ms. Lau Tung Ni (‘‘Ms. Lau’’) has been appointed as the company secretary and authorised representative of the Company with effect from 1 July 2016. Ms. Lau is an associate member of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries. She is also the company secretary of both Allied Group Limited and Allied Properties (H.K.) Limited, substantial shareholders of the Company, the shares of which are listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The Board would like to express its gratitude to Mr. Wong for his contributions to the Company during his term of service and welcome Ms. Lau on her new appointment.
