APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

The Board of the Company is pleased to announce that Mr. Wong Wai Keung, Frederick has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective from 24 January 2011.

Mr. Wong Wai Keung, Frederick, aged 55, is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and holds a master degree in electronic commerce. Mr. Wong has over 25 years of accounting, finance, tax, corporate finance and company secretarial experience. From January 2001 to January 2011, he was the chief financial officer and the company secretary of CIG Yangtze Ports PLC ( stock code: 8233 ), the shares of which are listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
