RESIGNATION OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

The Board of Directors of APAC Resources Limited (the “ Company ”) announces that Mr. Liu Yongshun has resigned as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective from 11 December 2009 but will remain as an executive director of the Company.
