CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY

The board of directors (the “Board”) of APAC Resources Limited (the “Company”) announces that Ms. Chan Wai Ming (“Ms. Chan”) has resigned as Company Secretary with effect from 12 January 2008 and Mr. To Yung Kan (“Mr. To”) is appointed as Company Secretary with effect from 12 January 2008. Mr. To is a qualified accountant and a fellow member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Ms. Chan confirmed that her resignation is due to personal reasons. She also confirmed that there is no disagreement with the Board and no other matters in relation to her resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its appreciation for Ms. Chan’s valuable contribution to the Company during her tenure of office as Company Secretary.
