CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT

This clarification announcement is made with reference to the Circular and Annual Report 2007 of APAC Resources Limited.

References are made to the circular dated 30 April 2008 in relation to the re-election of directors, general mandates to issue securities and repurchase shares and warratùs and renewal of scheme mandate limit (the "Circular") and the annual report of APAC Resources Limited (the "Company") in relation to the financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the year ended 31 December 2007 (the "Annual Report 2007").

The board of directors (the "Board") would like to clarify that Mr. V/ong Wing Kuen, Albert, an independent non-executive director of the Company, was appointed by another company listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, Solargiga Energy Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 757), as its independent non-executive director on12 January 2008.
