RESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The board of directors (the “Board”) of APAC Resources Limited (the “Company”) announces that Mr. Tsui Robert Che Kwong has resigned as an independent non-executive director, a member of the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee of the Company due to his arrangement with his personal business with effect from 1 November 2007.

Mr. Tsui has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there are no matters that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company in relation to his resignation.

The Board would like to express sincere appreciation to Mr. Tsui for his valuable contribution to the Company during his tenure of service.
