CLOSURE OF REGISTER OF MEMBERS

FOR DETERMINING THE ENTITLEMENT TO ATTEND AND VOTE AT THE FORTHCOMING ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE COMPANY

The forthcoming annual general meeting (“ 2020 AGM ”) of APAC Resources Limited (the “ Company ”) is scheduled to be held on Friday, 20 November 2020. For determining the entitlement to attend and vote at the 2020 AGM, the register of members of the Company will be closed from Tuesday, 17 November 2020 to Friday, 20 November 2020, both days inclusive, during which period no transfer of shares of the Company will be effected. In order to qualify to attend and vote at the 2020 AGM, all transfers of share ownership, accompanied by the relevant share certificates, must be lodged with the Company’s branch share registrar in Hong Kong, Tricor Secretaries Limited, at Level 54, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Hong Kong not later than 4:30 p.m. on Monday, 16 November 2020.
