Persimmon Plc ("the Company") - Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company's share capital at 28 February 2014 consisted of 304,710,772 ordinary shares of 10p each. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.  Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is currently 304,710,772.  This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company.
