Director/PDMR Shareholding

Persimmon Plc ("the Company") announces that following the transfer of 51,016 shares by Persimmon (Share Scheme Trustees) Limited to the Company's Executive Directors announced earlier today, the employee benefit trust holds 46,926 shares in the Company. 

These shares are held in an employee benefit trust for the Company's Bonus Share Scheme.  Each of the Executive Directors is a participant under the Bonus Share Scheme and is therefore regarded as having a notional interest in these remaining shares.
