Director/PDMR Shareholding

Persimmon plc (the "Company") announces that it was notified on 22 December 2014 that Jeff Fairburn, Group Chief Executive received confirmation that day that on 10 December 2014, 2,465 of his ordinary shares in the Company were transferred into a nomine account, of which 962 shares were transferred to an ISA. The transfer was made following the exercise of a Sharesave option which has previously been announced. 

Jeff Fairburn's holding in the Company has not changed as a result of this transfer and his total interest is 141,712 ordinary shares, representing 0.05% of the Company's issued share capital.

The issued ordinary share capital of the Company on 23 December 2014 was 306,460,411 ordinary shares.
