Board Changes

Further to the Company's announcement on 15 December 2017, Nicholas Wrigley's resignation is effective from 26 February 2018.  The Board has appointed Nigel Mills, Senior Independent Director as Acting Chairman until a new Chairman takes up his post. He will also be Chairman of the Nomination Committee in the interim period.

The Board is making progress towards the appointment of a new Chairman and will make a further announcement in due course.

The Board would like to express its thanks to Nicholas Wrigley for his valuable contribution to the success of the Company.
