Director Declaration

Persimmon plc (the 'Company') announces that on 4 July 2016 it received notification from Rachel Kentleton, Non-Executive Director, that she will join the board of PayPoint plc as Finance Director effective from 3 January 2017.

Rachel has further informed the Company that she will be leaving easyJet plc by the end of 2016, where she is currently Group Director Strategy and Implementation.
