Directorate Changes

Persimmon Plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that Jonathan Davie, Non-Executive Director will be appointed as the Senior Independent Director following the AGM on 14 April 2016, in succession to Richard Pennycook who is resigning as a Non-Executive Director on that date, as previously announced.

The Company also announces that Rachel Kentleton, Non-Executive Director will become Chairman of the Audit Committee and Marion Sears will be appointed to both the Audit and Nomination Committees.  All of these appointments will be made following the AGM on 14 April 2016.
