Pershing Square Holdings, Ltd. Releases Total Voting Rights

Pershing Square Holdings, Ltd. (LN:PSH) (LN:PSHD) today announced that in accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA"), as of 10 March 2025, PSH’s total voting rights were 362,964,333. PSH’s issued capital consists of 181,119,202 Public Shares of no par value with 1 vote per share, 1 Special Voting Share of no par value with 181,845,131 votes per share (held by PS Holdings Independent Voting Company Limited) and 29,837,548 Public Shares held in Treasury. Public Shares held in Treasury are not eligible to vote.

The above total voting rights figure (362,964,333) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, PSH under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
