Perseus Mining Limited and Amara Mining plc Business Combination

Court approval of Scheme

Perseus Mining Limited (ASX/TSX: PRU) (“Perseus”) is pleased to announce that on Friday, 15 April 2016, the High Court of Justice in England and Wales sanctioned the scheme of arrangement between Amara Mining plc (AIM: AMA) (“Amara”) and its shareholders (“Scheme”), in relation to the business combination of Perseus and Amara.
