Perseus Mining Limited
TRADING HALT
The securities of Perseus Mining Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 19 February, 2014 or when the announcement is released to the market.

TRADING HALT
Perseus Mining Limited (ASX: PRU) seeks a trading halt to the quotation of its securities for the period up to the commencement of trading on 18 February 2014 or the earlier release of an announcement regarding a capital raising.
The Company expects to be able to announce the details of the capital raising before commencement of trading on 18 February 2014 and is not aware of any reason why a trading halt should not be granted.
