VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION
Perseus Mining Limited seeks a suspension to the quotation of its securities. Negotiations for a capital raising are being finalised across different time zones and additional time is required for that reason before the Company can make an appropriate announcement.
It is expected that the suspension will end upon the release of an announcement providing details of those capital raising plans.
The Company is not aware of any reason why its securities should not be suspended.
