CONFERENCE CALL

Perseus Mining Limited (ASX/TSX: PRU) is hosting a conference call to discuss the upgrade to mineral reserves at the Edikan Gold Mine, which is anticipated for release around 8.30am, Australian EST, Tuesday, 14 August 2012. The investor briefing will also include the recently announced grant of an exploitation permit at the Sissingué gold deposit, part of the Tengrela Gold Project in Côte d’Ivoire.
