RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Perseus Mining Limited (ASX/TSX: PRU) advises that its joint Company Secretary Mr Susmit Shah has resigned effective today. Mr Shah was acting jointly with the Company’s General Counsel Mr Martijn Bosboom who will continue as sole Company Secretary.
Mr Shah had been the Company’s Secretary for almost 11 years and the Company is grateful for his invaluable contributions during those years.
