ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING DATE
Perseus Mining Limited (ASX/TSX: PRU) wishes to advise that its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on 22 November 2024 at 3pm AWST at the Company's offices Level 2, 437 Roberts Road, Subiaco, Western Australia. The closing date for receipt of director's nominations is 2 October 2024.
Rather than sending a hard copy Notice of Meeting by post to shareholders, Perseus will send out a notice how to access the meeting materials online. The notice will include instructions how Shareholders may elect to receive a hard copy should they wish. Shareholders are encouraged to provide their email address to the share registry, Computershare Investor Services Pty Limited, before 1 October 2024 to enable Perseus to send the 2024 AGM documentation electronically.
