ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING DATE

Perseus Mining Limited (ASX/TSX: PRU) wishes to advise that its 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on 21 November 2023 at 4pm AWST at the Vibe Hotel, 9 Alvan Street, Subiaco, Western Australia. The closing date for receipt of director’s nominations is 30 September 2023.

Rather than sending a hard copy Notice of Meeting by post to shareholders, Perseus will send out a notice how to access the meeting materials online. The notice will include instructions how Shareholders may elect to receive a hard copy should they wish. Shareholders are encouraged to provide their email address to the share registry, Computershare Investor Services Pty Limited, before 1 October 2023 to enable Perseus to send the 2023 AGM documentation electronically.
