ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING DATE

Perseus Mining Limited (ASX/TSX: PRU) wishes to advise that its 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on 22 November 2022 at 3pm AWST at the Vibe Hotel, 9 Alvan Street, Subiaco, Western Australia. The closing date for receipt of director’s nominations is 1 October 2022.

Rather than sending a hard copy Notice of Meeting by post to shareholders, Perseus will send out a notice how to access the meeting materials online. The notice will include instructions how Shareholders may elect to receive a hard copy should they wish. Shareholders are encouraged to provide their email address to the share registry, Computershare Investor Services Pty Limited, before 1 October 2022 to enable Perseus to send the 2022 AGM documentation electronically.
