ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING DATE AND CAPITAL REDUCTION TIMETABLE
Perseus Mining Limited (ASX/TSX: PRU) wishes to advise that its 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on 25 November 2021 at 6pm AWST by way of a virtual (online) meeting. Information on how to participate in the AGM will be included in the Notice of Meeting to be released in October 2021. The closing date for receipt of director’s nominations is 6 October 2021.
On 26 August 2021 Perseus announced that it will seek shareholder approval at the AGM for an equal capital reduction. If approved by shareholders at the AGM, the capital reduction will see 1.5 cents per share paid to each shareholder in accordance with the following indicative timetable:

The dates set out above are indicative only. Perseus reserves the right to vary the dates in its sole discretion.
Perseus will be relying on the relief provided by the Commonwealth Treasurer and will not be sending a hard copy Notice of Meeting by post to shareholders ahead of the AGM. Shareholders who normally receive a hard copy Notice of Meeting are encouraged to provide their email address to the share registry, Computershare Investor Services Pty Limited, before 1 October 2021 to enable Perseus to send the 2021 AGM documentation electronically.
