ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Australian Securities and Investments Commission has agreed to extend the time by which the Company must hold its annual general meeting from 30 November 2004 to 10 December 2004. The Company advises that its first annual general meeting will be held on Friday, 10 December 2004 at the Holiday Inn City Centre, 788 Hay Street, Perth at 11am.

The extension was sought in view of the Company's recent (mid to late September 2004) transition from a public unlisted company to a listed entity, which put intense pressure on the Company's administrative and accounting resources. This made it difficult for the Company to convene the annual general meeting by 30 November 2004. The Company notes that the material matters to be dealt with at the 10 December 2004 meeting, including the content of the Financial Report for the period ended 30 June 2004 are matters that were disclosed in detail in the Company's prospectus dated 14 July 2004.
