Director Resignation

Perpetual Resources Limited ( ASX: PEC, “PEC”, “Perpetual” or “the Company”) announces the retirement of long-standing Board member and Company Secretary Mr. George Karafotias, effective 31[st] December 2021.

George was a founding director of Perpetual, having joined the board in 2012. George was instrumental in the setup, establishment and operation of Perpetual when it was previously a gold exploration company and in recent years has been an important member of the Board during its transformation into a silica sand focused exploration and development company.

The Board wishes to thank George for all his tireless efforts and achievements while at the Company and wishes him all the best in his current and future business endeavors.
