2021 Annual General Meeting

Perpetual Resources Limited (ASX:PEC) advises that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of PEC is scheduled for 12.00pm (Sydney time) on Monday 29 November 2021 as a Virtual Meeting.

Further details of the AGM will be confirmed in due course.

Further to Listing Rule 3.13.1, Listing Rule 14.3 and clause 13.3 of the Company’s Constitution, nominations for election of directors at the AGM must be received not less than 35 Business Days before the meeting, being no later than Monday 11 October 2021.
