Ms Meredith Brooks not seeking re-election to Perpetual Board

Perpetual Limited (Perpetual) today announced that Ms Meredith Brooks has decided not to seek reelection as a Director at Perpetual’s Annual General Meeting on 3 November 2011. Ms Brooks’ last day as a Director of Perpetual will be 28 October 2011.

Perpetual’s Chairman, Mr Peter Scott, thanked Ms Brooks for her contribution to Perpetual and noted that “Ms Brooks has made a most highly-valued contribution to the Board of Perpetual over the last seven years.”
