The reporting person's ownership is indirect through Boaz Energy. On February 2, 2021, NGP X US Holdings, L.P. and NGP Boaz Energy II Co-Invest LLC entered into a Redemption and Assignment Agreement with Boaz Energy, pursuant to which Boaz Energy purchased and redeemed all of the membership interests of Boaz Energy held by NGP X US Holdings, L.P. and NGP Boaz Energy II Co-Invest LLC. As of February 2, 2021, each of Karan Eves and her spouse owned 34.24% of the limited liability company interests in, and served as a manager of, Boaz Energy, and may be deemed to indirectly beneficially own the Trust Units held directly by Boaz Energy.
