Following the announcement on 28 February 2025 that Ronan O'Neill will retire from the Board on 30 July 2025, pursuant to UKLR 6.4.6(3) and Euronext Dublin 6.1.5(3), the Company announces that, with effect from 1 June 2025, Rick Gildea, an existing Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Board Risk and Compliance committee will assume the role of Senior Independent Director from Ronan O'Neill (in advance of his retirement).
