Under Euronext Listing Rules 6.1.82(1) and 6.1.82(2), there is a requirement to set out in the Company's annual report a statement of information concerning Directors' Interest in shares under article 19 of the Market Abuse Rules together with Interests/holdings in the Company under Market Abuse Rules and Transparency Regulations. This statement must contain information that covers the period that is not more than one month from the date on which the Company publishes its AGM Notice.  

Following a decision of the Company to defer convening the AGM  (see RIS of the 20 March 2020) and, which has now been convened for the 5 August 2020, the Company confirms there is no change to the statement made in its 2019 Annual Report under Euronext Listing Rules 6.1.82(1) and 6.1.82(2).
