The Chairman of Permanent TSB Group Holdings plc (PTSBGH), Robert Elliott, has announced that Julie O'Neill will step down as a Director at the conclusion of the Group's Annual General Meeting (6 May 2020) having completed her six-year term of office.
The Chairman paid tribute to Ms. O'Neill and expressed the Board's appreciation for her service to the Group, particularly in her role as Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Board Remuneration Committee.
