Headline:  Permanent TSB announces changes to Board

The Chairman of Permanent TSB Group Holdings plc (PTSBGH), Robert Elliott, has announced the immediate appointment of Marian Corcoran to the Board of PTSBGH as a Non-Executive Director. The Chairman has also announced that Richard Pike will step down as a Director on the 17th December 2019 on the completion of his 6 year term of office.

Marian Corcoran has been appointed under the terms of the Relationship Framework  between the Minister for Finance and PTSBGH.

Marian is a Non-Executive Director of the IDA and was most recently a member of the Public Service Pay Commission.  She has held senior leadership positions in technology and business transformation.  Marian was previously a Board Member of Accenture in Ireland where she operated in a number of key positions including Senior Client Consulting Managing Director, Global Head of Finance & Performance Management and Head of Management Consulting.

Speaking today, Robert Elliott welcomed Marian to the Board; "Marian brings enormous, relevant experience to the Board and we are looking forward to working with her.  I also want to express our appreciation to Richard for his long and diligent service on the Board.  He made an enormous contribution to our work over the past 6 years and we are indebted to him."
