Statement by Permanent TSB Group Holdings PLC

Director Change.

Wednesday 29th November 2017.   Ms. Emer Daly has given notice to the Group that, having completed her second three-year term of office, she intends to retire from the Board of Permanent TSB Group Holdings plc in the coming months.  Ms. Daly, who joined the Board in September 2011, is Chair of the Board Audit Committee and has indicated that she will remain on in that role for an interim period until a new Chair has been appointed.

The Chairman of the Group, Robert Elliott, paid tribute to Ms. Daly and expressed the Board's appreciation for her service particularly in the role of Board Audit Committee Chair over the last six years. 

The Group will confirm the effective date for Ms. Daly's retirement from the Board in due course.
