Headline:  Permanent TSB Group announces new director

Tuesday 27th September 2016. 

The Chairman of Permanent TSB Group Holdings plc (PTSBGH), Alan Cook, has announced the appointment of Andrew Power to the Board of PTSBGH as a Non-Executive Director.

Andrew is a former partner in the Consulting arm of Deloitte UK where he specialised in working with Retail Financial Services companies and in particular has extensive experience around strategy development and operational model transformation/process improvement.

Speaking today, Alan Cook said that the appointment was part of the Group's ongoing process of Board refreshment: "Andrew's extensive experience as industry subject matter expert across banking, insurance, wealth management and investment management will be invaluable to the Group and I look forward to his contribution in the months ahead."

Alan Cook also confirmed that Andrew will be joining both the Audit and Remuneration committees of the Board.
