Board retirement at permanent tsb Group Holdings plc

Tuesday 12th January 2016.  

David Stewart has advised the Board that he does not intend to stand for re-election and will retire from the Board at the conclusion of the forthcoming AGM of the Group which will be held on Wednesday 20th April 2016. 

The Chairman of Permanent TSB Group Holdings plc, Alan Cook, paid tribute to David for his contribution to the Board.  He said:  "David has been a valued colleague and has made an enormous contribution to the Board during his tenure. On behalf of my colleagues, I want to express our appreciation to him for his work on the Board and we wish him every success in the years ahead.
