Senior Management Change - appointment of Interim Group Chief Financial Officer

9 October 2015.  Further to the announcement of the 18th August 2015 which advised that Mr. Glen Lucken would be stepping down from his position as Group Chief Financial Officer, permanent tsb Group Holdings plc has today announced the appointment of Ms. Patricia Carroll as Interim Group Chief Financial Officer effective immediately.  Ms. Carroll joins on secondment from KPMG where, in her capacity as Audit Partner, she has worked with a range of financial services and public sector clients.  

The Group has initiated a recruitment and selection process in order to make a permanent appointment to the position of Group Chief Financial Officer and this process is ongoing.  A further announcement will be made once this process has concluded.
