Pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable regulations, if any of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, August 11, 2021, through Video Conferencing inter-alia, to:

• Consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Company on Standalone basis for the quarter ended June 30, 2021 subject to Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.

• Any other items with the permission of chair.

Further, pursuant to our Letter dated June 29, 2021 and in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 with the Company's internal code of conduct, for prevention of insider Trading, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for Directors / Officers/ Designated persons of the Company till 48 hours post the board meeting i.e till August 13, 2021.

The trading window shall reopen on August 14, 2021.
