Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), we wish to inform you of the following:

Execution of Joint Venture Agreement by the wholly owned subsidiary Company – Quantum Magnetics Private Limited (QMPL):

In accordance with Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that QMPL , a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with Lorentic Pte. Ltd. (Lorentic). The Board of Directors of Permanent Magnets Limited (Holding company of QMPL) approved the same in its Board Meeting dated August 28, 2025.

Pursuant to the execution of definitive agreements, including a Joint Venture cum Shareholders’ Agreement, Quantum Magnetics Private Limited (QMPL) will cease to be a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company upon allotment of equity shares to the Joint Venture partner. Until such allotment takes place, QMPL continues to remain a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

The disclosure of information as required under the above-mentioned regulation, read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 , is provided as Annexure-A.
