Pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled for Friday, February 14, 2025. The Board will, inter alia, Consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024 along with Limited Review Report submitted by the Statutory Auditors.

Further, as per our communication dated December 30, 2024 and in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 along with the Company's internal code of conduct, for prevention of insider Trading, the Trading window for dealing in the Company's securities remains closed for Directors / Officers/ Designated persons of the Company until 48 hours after the board meeting i.e until February 16, 2025.

The trading window shall reopen on February 17, 2025.
