We wish to inform you that in Outcome of Board Meeting & Intimation filed under Regulation 30 (2) SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 dated May 16, 2024, we inadvertently mentioned that: The Board of Directors of the Company based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, approved the appointment of Shri. Nirmal Kumar Jain (DIN: 00019442) as an Additional Director (Independent Director; Category: Non-Executive) of the Company for the first term of 5 (Five) years with effect from May 16, 2024, subject to approval of the shareholders.
The correct information is as follows:
On the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee the Board of Directors have decided to seek consent of Members of the Company by way of Special Resolution in ensuing Annual General Meeting for the appointment of Shri. Nirmal Kumar Jain (DIN: 00019442) as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company for the first term of 5 (Five) Years.
