Pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable regulations, if any of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 , inter-alia, to:

• Consider, approve and take on record Unaudited Financial Results of the Company on Standalone basis for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022 subject to Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.

Further, pursuant to our Letter dated December 30, 2022 and in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 with the Company's internal code of conduct, for prevention of insider Trading, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors / Officers/ Designated persons of the Company till 48 hours post the board meeting i.e till February 2, 2023.

The trading window shall reopen on February 3, 2023.
