Pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable regulations, if any of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, November 07, 2023, through Video Conference inter-alia, to Consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2023 along with Limited Review Report thereon to be submitted by the Statutory Auditors.

Further, pursuant to our Letter dated September 29, 2023 and in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 with the Company's internal code of conduct, for prevention of insider Trading, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for Directors / Officers/ Designated persons of the Company till 48 hours post the board meeting i.e till November 09, 2023.

The trading window shall reopen on November 10, 2023.
