Pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable regulations, if any of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, May 30, 2022 through Video Conferencing, inter-alia:

• To Consider and approve Audited Financial Results of the Company (Standalone) for the quarter and financial year ended as on March 31, 2022.

• To consider and recommend final dividend, if any, for the financial year ended as on March 31, 2022.

• Any other item with the permission of chair.

Further, pursuant to our Letter dated March 31, 2022 and in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 with the Company's internal code of conduct, for prevention of insider Trading, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Connected Persons and Designated Persons of the Company till 48 hours post the board meeting i.e till June 01, 2022. The trading window shall reopen on June 02, 2022.
