Further, pursuant to our Letter dated September 29, 2022 and in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 with the Company's internal code of conduct, for prevention of insider Trading, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for Directors / Officers/ Designated persons of the Company till 48 hours post the board meeting i.e till November 13, 2022.

The trading window shall reopen on November 14, 2022.
