Tel Aviv and San Francisco, February 19, 2014 – Perion Network Ltd. (NASDAQ: PERI), today announced that it will release its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2013, on March 3, 2014 prior to the opening of the market. Management will host a conference call to discuss the results at 10 AM EDT that day.
