Perion Network to Announce Third Quarter and Nine Months 2013 Financial Results on November 12, 2013

TEL AVIV, ISRAEL & SEATTLE – October 29, 2013 – Perion Network Ltd. (NASDAQ: PERI), today announced that it will release its financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2013, on November 12, 2013 prior to the opening of the market. Management will host a conference call to discuss the results at 10 a.m. EST that day.
