Perion Network to Announce First Quarter 2012 Financial Results on May 15, 2012

TEL-AVIV, Israel – May 3, 2012 – Perion Network Ltd. (NASDAQ:PERI), a digital media company that helps make the everyday life of 40+ year-old second wave adopters easier and more enjoyable, today announced that it will release its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2012, on May 15, 2012 prior to the opening of the market.
